1. Making a return is easy! First, send us an email with the order number, the reason for the return, and the frame name. Once your request is made, our customer service team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

2. Once customer service notifies you that you're all set to mail your return, we will provide you a shipping label.

3. You'll receive a store credit refund within 24 hours of shipping out the return package. Please make sure to let us know your package has shipped out. Or, if you chose the replacement option, we'll ship your new eyewear and let you know the replacement order number! For a cash refund, we need to receive your return package first. You will receive a refund within 5 days after the package arrived.
