14-Days Return & Exchange

Customers can take advantage of our 14-Day Trial period starting from the date of product receipt. If you experience any issues such as receiving incorrect items, damaged goods, or if you simply dislike the style or size, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service. For exchange and refund:

Items can be returned for a one-time-use 100% store credit or a 50% refund, exclude shipping and delivery fees. Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned for a one-time-use 100% store credit or a 100% refund.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method/credit card used on the order. If the original payment method is expired, the amount of the refund will be issued as a store credit to the Sllac account used to place the order.
