If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team asap. An extra charge will be generated if there is a price difference. Since all the lenses are customized by the prescription offered, free cancellation/modification is not provided for prescription glasses. If the production of prescription lenses has not started, or if there are no prescription lenses in the order, we may cancel or change the contents of the order for you free of charge. Once the lenses have started to be made, you may choose to get a 70% refund to the same credit/debit or PayPal account or a 100% store credit refund to your registered account with Sllac if you want to cancel the order.
